
40Washington University Cardiology is seeking an independent Nurse Supervisor to lead our Electrophysiology team across three clinic locations (CAM, CAM-South County, and West County). This leadership role manages a team of 12 Nurse Coordinators, with primary responsibility for day-to-day staffing needs, personnel management, and the creation of staff schedules.
•Team Leadership: Manage the RN team, including performance mentorship and professional development.
•Operations: Oversee day-to-day staffing needs and manage the staff schedule for three clinic locations (CAM, CAM-South, and West County).
•Clinical Oversight: Support the RN team in device interrogations, procedure coordination, triage, insurance navigation, and patient education.
•Patient Advocacy: Coordinate complex treatment plans and address social health deterrents for a growing regional patient population.
•Collaborative Culture: Work alongside 9 elite physicians, 5 APNs, and administrative staff.
•Schedule: Weekday, daytime position with no weekends and no holidays.
