Job Purpose: The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the schedule, completing attendance reconciliation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Assist with some payroll processes, including tracking base hours
Coordinate full-time nursing schedules
Manage time-off and holiday requests
Coordinate with nurse staffing agencies as needed
Position Requirements:
High school diploma required
Previous scheduling experience required
Skilled nursing experience preferred
Experience with the OnShift scheduling platform preferred
Familiarity with scheduling and/or timekeeping software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
