RN Pay: $35.80–$40.66/hour

LPN Pay: $31.21–$35.45/hour

Plus $1.50/hour Evening Shift Differential

What You’ll Do

As an RN or LPN at Walnut Hills, you’ll play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, resident-centered care. You’ll:

• Provide hands-on nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor residents and recognize changes in condition or needs.
• Supervise and support CNAs as part of a collaborative care team.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Advocate for residents and help ensure they receive the dignity, respect, and quality care they deserve.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a nurse who brings both clinical skill and genuine compassion to their work.

• Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the care team.
• A genuine passion for caring for older adults.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care.
• A positive, professional, and respectful approach when working with residents, families, and coworkers.
