In this role, you will provide continuity of nursing program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.

This role involves administering Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR) services, working part-time between our Champaign and Danville locations, and directly supporting the MAR/MAT physician. You'll ensure all services are delivered ethically, legally, and within a safe, therapeutic environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• A current Illinois RN license, or a current Illinois LPN license
• Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
• Computer proficiency required
• Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record within prescribed time frames
• Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, staff or community
• CPR training or complete within three months

Responsibilities

1. Adhere to prescribed work hours set by leadership and fulfill additional hours as necessary to complete assigned responsibilities.
2. Responsible and accountable for individual nursing practice and determines the appropriate delegation of tasks consistent with the nurse’s obligation to provide optimum client

5. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of nursing activities for assigned
6. Adherence to Rosecrance Medication Management Plan including medication identification, procurement, storage, education, administration and
7. Provides education and/or lectures on medical topics for clients, family, staff and public as necessary
8. Builds and maintains professional relationships with colleagues, interdisciplinary teams and outside providers.
9. Assess physical and medical needs of assigned
10. Be sensitive to and act upon any medical or emotional
11. Document to ensure the client service record is maintained and in compliance with all applicable regulations and Rosecrance
12. Document and follow through with all physician orders and communicate with client’s personal physician as required.
13. Participate in Infection Control activities and maintain knowledge of current infection control techniques.
14. Able to demonstrate competent use of all medical equipment and technology

Schedule - Full Time

• Hours Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
• (subject to change as needs require - most shifts in Champaign, Danville will be 1x per week up to 4 hours)

Compensation

• Starting Pay ( based on education, experience, and credentials)
  • LPN -29.15 per hour
  • RN - $32.65 per hour
  • BSN - $34.02 per hour
