UMass Memorial Health, the premier health and wellness partner for the people of Central Massachusetts and the largest healthcare system in the region, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Division of Cardiology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Marlborough, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing cardiology team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on outpatient care.

Join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals at Marlborough Hospital, serving a diverse patient population in a 100% outpatient setting. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will provide clinical care in general cardiology, working closely with 3 Cardiologists and 1 APP. This position is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally, offering a balance of patient care and collaboration with specialists across a variety of settings. You will have the chance to develop expertise in cardiovascular care in a supportive environment designed to foster your clinical and professional development.

Key Highlights:

  • Clinical Practice: 100% outpatient setting with 5 clinical days per week (no weekends or holidays).

  • Patient Care: Provide care for a wide range of cardiology conditions, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment, and follow-up.

  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside 3 Cardiologists and 1 APP, fostering a close team dynamic with multidisciplinary collaboration across specialties.

  • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts.

  • EMR System: Epic.

What We’re Looking For:

Required:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

  • NP or PA certification.

  • Massachusetts NP or PA license.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiology.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of provider experience in cardiology
