Specialty Endocrinology Diabetes
Schedule: 40 hours (5 8-hour shifts)
UMass Memorial Health, the leading health and wellness partner for Central Massachusetts and the region’s largest healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Division of Endocrinology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing Endocrinology and Diabetes team within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on inpatient diabetes care.
Key Highlights:
Clinical Practice: Inpatient setting with 5 clinical days per week (1 weekend per month with compensatory time off during the week and higher weekend rate)
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive inpatient diabetes care as part of a multidisciplinary Endocrinology team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered management for patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions.
Collaborative Environment: Join a well-established and collegial team of 23 Faculty Members, 19 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Fellows and 6 Certified Diabetes Care and Educational Specialists.
EMR System: Epic.

What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
NP or PA certification.
Massachusetts NP or PA license.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
3-5 years of provider experience in Endocrinology
