Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led 650+ provider multispecialty group that seeks an APP to work full-time at its Baker City location. SAMG Baker Clinic is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family medicine patients, including those with pulmonary, diabetic and arthritic/autoimmune conditions. The provider must demonstrate a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care and work cooperatively with associates, providers and other team members.
Support: Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Baker City offers a 24/7 Emergency Department, daily anesthesia support, and full ancillary departments (MRI, X-ray, CT, Echo and Laboratory) with a newly remodeled clinic located inside the medical center building. The Family Medicine practice is currently made up of a Family Medicine physician and three Advanced Practice Providers. Also full-time on the medical staff is one Orthopedic surgeon and recruiting for 2 full-time General Surgeons. Other specialties routinely available are Podiatry, Dermatology, Cardiology, and GYN/ONC.
Requirements
Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Oregon medical license to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
A strong medical background and a desire to provide care to a growing multi-specialty medical group.
