Weâre expanding in the San Antonio area and are looking for dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to make a lasting difference in their communities.
As a Primary Care Provider, youâll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients â emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. Youâll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and workâlife balance
What Youâll Do:
Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.
Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (or eligible)
Board certified/board eligible
Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience preferred
Excellent communication and clinical judgment
