We’re expanding in the San Antonio area and are looking for dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to make a lasting difference in their communities.

The Opportunity

As a Primary Care Provider, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients — emphasizing prevention, health education, and continuity of care. You’ll collaborate with a supportive care team focused on quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and work–life balance

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.

• Promote wellness through screenings, education, and preventive care.

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.

• Utilize modern electronic health records (EHR) and digital tools to streamline care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas (or eligible)

• Board certified/board eligible

• Primary Care or Internal Medicine experience preferred

• Excellent communication and clinical judgment

• Passion for patient-centered, value-based care

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Required Education

• Masters Degree from accredited Nursing Program.

Required Experience

• 3 + years in Primary Care.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Valid State Nurse Practitioner License.
• Current State D.E.A. Certificate.
• Certification by one of the Nurse Practitioner certifying bodies (ANCC or AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Gerontology NP.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with a multicultural patient population delivering patient-centric programs that are high quality and cost effective, preferred.

Languages

• Advanced English is required.
• Spanish and Creole are preferred.

Physical Demands
