Job Location: Saint Roch - New Orleans, LA 70117
Position Type: Full TimePOSITION SUMMARY
The role will include primary continuity care, urgent visits for established patients and addiction treatment with medication assisted therapy. We provide on-site physician supervision and support from primary care, gynecology, psychiatric/addictions and infectious disease specialists. You will be able to grow with a practice that has established itself as a model for outpatient infectious disease and primary care in Southeast Louisiana with a focus on uplifting the most vulnerable populations to receive the dignified and excellent care they deserve.
Details:
- Full time position
- 5-day work week, outpatient clinic
- 8 hours of administrative time
- Practice focus on primary care, addiction treatment, PrEP, basic HIV care
- Federally Qualified Health Center

Requirements
- APRN Required
- X-Waiver Required
- 2-3 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in addiction treatment with medication assisted therapy
