Job Requirements:

The Women's Health Family Nurse Practitioner will have the following requirements:

• Degree/Education: A Bachelor degree in Nursing from an NLN accredited School of Nursing acceptable to the Surgeon General is mandatory. Current nursing license without restriction in one of the 50 states is mandatory. Masters Degree from an approved OB/GYN or women's health nurse practitioner program
• Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support must have American Red Cross BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers Course or American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers or Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Course.
• Additional Experience: Minimum of 24 months within the past 36 months of clinical practice experience
• Board Certification and Additional Certification: Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification with the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for Obstetrics, Gynecologic, and Neonatal Nursing Specialties
• Licensure/Registration: Additional Licensure: Must have a current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience a MUST in Colposcopy, Nexplanon and Endometriosis Biopsy
