Yarrawonga Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Clinical Services team in a 16-hour per week fixed-term leave relief position (weekend work required) from 26 October to 22 November 2026, with the opportunity to also join our casual pool beyond the fixed-term period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse regional clinical environment, providing advanced clinical care while working autonomously and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
As a Nurse Practitioner at Yarrawonga Health, you will provide advanced clinical practice across a broad range of patient populations and settings. The role includes assessment and management of patients, referral to other health professionals, prescribing medications, and ordering, interpreting and acting on diagnostic investigations within your credentialed scope of practice.
