The Rapid Access to Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic offers community-based, low barrier services for patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders. The RAAM Clinic focuses on addiction medicine and offers both medication and psychosocial interventions to meet client goals.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be working with addiction counsellors, nurses, primary care providers and other community health service providers in offering addiction medical support for individual clients living with mental illness and addiction through a harm-reduction lens. The Nurse Practitioner functions interdependently with staff members to provide shared, client-centered care that emphasizes health promotion/protection, disease prevention and client education.

Police Vulnerable Sector Check Requirements
Successful candidates must have a Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last six months. Interested applicants who reside in the City of London and are in need of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) are encouraged to apply for one as soon as possible as PVSCs in the City of London are currently taking approximately 5 weeks to be processed and offers of employment cannot be made without receipt of a PVSC.
