Nurse Practitioner – Primary & Urgent Care

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Primary & Urgent Care for an opportunity located in N. Lake Mary, Florida

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide both primary care and urgent care services in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Primary Purpose of the Role

To deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both primary care and urgent care settings while promoting positive health outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. Build and manage a consistent patient panel. Provide efficient, accurate diagnosis and treatment plans. Integrate seamlessly with the clinical team, systems, and workflow

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups
• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation within the EMR
• Manage follow-up care and coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff
• Respond effectively to urgent care presentations in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Board Certification Nurse Practitioner (a must)
• Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical experience preferred in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent bedside manner and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Ability to manage multiple patient cases efficiently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Bilingual skills are a plus
