QualificationsApplicant must be a graduate of a Physician Assistant training program accredited by the ARC-PA, or one of its predecessor agencies (CAHEA or CAAHEP) or Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
Connecticut medical license
Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification.
5+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred
APP will meet the standards and requirements for Adjunct Medical Staff membership as defined in the Hospital’s Medical Staff Bylaws.
