Job Description

A prominent medical group in California is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a PRN basis in the West Covina California area. This is an excellent opportunity to earn additional income while providing mobile feeding tube replacement and reinsertion services for patients in long-term care facilities in the Pomona area. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required, as we offer comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to various long-term care facilities to provide mobile feeding tube services.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and facility staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Build strong rapport with patients and staff to deliver compassionate care.
• Follow protocols for feeding tube replacement and reinsertion services.

Qualifications:

• Active NP or PA California license and DEA certification.
• State Board Certification.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to develop rapport with patients and facility staff.
