A Brief Overview
CHOP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work as a hospital provider on our Adolescent Medicine unit at our King of Prussia Hospital. You will be the front-line provider for patients with medical needs, performing assessments and creating plans of care, ordering medication and diagnostic studies, interpreting results, and updating patients and families accordingly. You will be the point person for all consult and interdisciplinary team member for our patients. In collaboration with an attending physician, you’ll work with a patient population that matches your delineation of privileges and skill set; collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals; and engage in professional development, education, and research.
In collaboration with an attending physician, the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is responsible for the direct care and follow-up of a population of patients that matches his/her delineation of privileges and skill set. The components of the role include clinical practice, consultation, professional development, education, and research.
The role will also include off-shift responsibility. The off-shift rotation schedule may include days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays and will be determined by the clinical needs of the practice environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 1 year of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

SALARY RANGE:
$115,060.00 - $152,450.00 Annually
Salary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
