We’re seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in sleep medicine to join our team. This role is ideal for a provider who values clarity, empathy, and modern care solutions tailored to real life.
Conduct patient evaluations and follow-ups related to sleep disorders
Educate patients on CPAP, oral appliances, and lifestyle interventions
Coordinate care with referring physicians and internal staff
Document visits and maintain compliance with clinical protocols
Support Better Sleep TX’s mission of delivering personalized, effective sleep care
Active NP or PA license in Texas
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in sleep medicine
Strong communication and patient education skills
Familiarity with CPAP, oral appliance therapy, and sleep diagnostics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinic setting
