YesThe Geisinger Skilled Nursing Program is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to 'float' to various skilled nursing facilities in northeast Pennsylvania.
Job Duties:
This position is as a Geisinger provider in a non-Geisinger facility and requires an experienced advanced practitioner (AP), prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility, family medicine, internal medicine or ICU. The AP provides direct (hands-on) care in skilled nursing facilities with a goal to improve quality and prevent unnecessary re-admissions to the acute care setting.
This position has a $10,400 float differential and will travel to these locations, but are not limited to:
Mountain Top Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Mountain Top
Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Nanticoke
Lakewood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Nanticoke
