Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in inpatient & outpatient oncology or related clinical experience required
o Current California State NP or PA License
o CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
o Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
o Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP's
o Active DEA registration
