
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant I or Nurse Practitioner I) to provide comprehensive, evidence-based cancer care within the outpatient Medical Oncology team. As GU Oncology/Melanoma experts within the care team, the NP or PA will partner to treat and manage patients in all disease stages with curative and palliative-intent therapies.
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Mayo Clinic also may perform the following tasks in any authorized setting:
Cancer experience is preferred.
Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current FL RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP, ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
