Looking to bring your clinical experience into cardiology?
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established and growing cardiology practice serving the greater Orlando area.
Direct cardiology experience is not required. We welcome APPs with transferable experience in primary care, internal medicine, hospital medicine, pulmonary medicine, or cardiology who are interested in developing their cardiovascular knowledge alongside an experienced team.
You'll work with more than 10 cardiologists across an established cardiovascular program, caring for a diverse patient population in both the outpatient clinic and hospital setting.
You don't need to already be a cardiology expert to bring valuable experience to our team.
APPs coming from primary care or internal medicine may bring experience managing hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and other cardiovascular risk factors.
Providers with hospitalist, inpatient, or pulmonary backgrounds may bring valuable experience managing medically complex patients, interpreting diagnostic testing, coordinating care, and treating conditions that frequently overlap with cardiovascular disease.
Our team provides the collaborative environment and physician support to help the right provider continue building their expertise in cardiovascular medicine.
In this role, you'll work alongside our cardiologists to care for patients across the continuum of cardiovascular care. Responsibilities may include:
This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a combination of outpatient clinic and hospital responsibilities.
Call and weekend responsibilities are shared across the team and include approximately:
Practice locations throughout the greater Orlando area include Celebration, Davenport, Kissimmee, Orlando, Poinciana, and St. Cloud.
We offer a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including:
This is an opportunity to join a growing cardiovascular practice while bringing the clinical skills you've already developed in another specialty.
Whether you're an experienced cardiology APP or a provider from primary care, hospital medicine, or pulmonary care ready for your next challenge, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician team, expand your cardiovascular knowledge, and build a long-term career in cardiology.
If you're bilingual in Spanish and interested in bringing your clinical experience to cardiovascular medicine, we'd love to connect with you.
