We are currently seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida medical center.

Position Highlights
- Part-Time opportunity
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- No weekends
- No on-call responsibilities
- Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Conduct patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting positive health outcomes.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current Florida NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.
- Active DEA registration or eligibility.
- Primary care or outpatient experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
