Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care (Adult)

Location: Coachella Valley, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70–$75/hour

About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing healthcare organization in the Coachella Valley is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team. This role focuses on adult patients with an emphasis on long-term, relationship-based care and chronic condition management

This is an excellent opportunity for providers who value quality over quantity, with a manageable daily patient load and a supportive team environment.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only primary care
• Adult patient population
• See ~12–15 patients per day
• Collaborative, team-based care model
• Shared call rotation ( 2–3 nights/month)
• Strong focus on continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $70–$75/hour
• $4,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA (or eligible)
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
