Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management
We are seeking a motivated and clinically focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant–Certified (PA-C) to join our outpatient interventional pain management practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced physicians in a structured, supportive environment while providing comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.

Stable outpatient setting
We are committed to developing providers who are thorough, efficient, and confident in managing musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
Perform comprehensive pain-focused evaluations, including medical history, physical examination, and functional assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies
Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
Conduct pre-procedure and post-procedure evaluations
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to coordinate care
Participate in clinical meetings and quality initiatives
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current national certification (NP or PA-C)
Active or eligible for state licensure
Basic Life Support certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred)
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Pain management, orthopedic, spine, or musculoskeletal experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Organized and dependable
Comfortable working in a structured outpatient environment
Interested in musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions
This position functions in a professional, fast-paced outpatient pain management clinic and procedural setting. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
