Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Bridging Care Provider) –Deerfield Beach, FL

COMPENSATION: Salary $150k + $10k Bonus

We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Role:
· Compensation: $150k
· Bonus: Up to 10k year 1 and goes up as a partner.
· 18-20 patients a day
· Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
· Work/Life Balance
· Working Multiple locations covering for clinicians on PTO and overflow of patients
· Administrative time included in schedule
· No nights or weekends
· 100% outpatient

· Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:
· Board Certified Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
· Bilingual: Spanish Speaking (Preferred)
· 2+ years NP Primary Care outpatient experience
