The purpose of the work is to improve the overall health care status of the eligible American Indian. Alaska Native patient population served. Contact with patients will largely be in the provision of family/general medical care.

Requirements
· Shall be certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
· Possess a current, unrestricted state medical license from any of the 50 states or Puerto Rico
· Maintain continuing education/ certification.
· Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and/or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
· Must be a U.S. citizen living primarily within the United States.
· A minimum of 36 months of relevant clinical experience is required.
· Must be willing and able to complete and pass the federal security clearance process.

Prairie Band, LLC is subject to Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. In accordance with Title 22, this position is designated as a TIER 2 position. Preference will be given to individuals to the extent required pursuant to Section 22-2-4(B).
