Nurse Practitioner Lead

Primary Care Leadership | Full-Scope Practice | Salaried | Greater Victoria, BC

Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner Lead on behalf of a new multidisciplinary primary care clinic opening in Greater Victoria, BC.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to combine an active clinical practice with meaningful leadership. You will maintain your own patient panel while helping build, mentor, and support a growing team of Nurse Practitioners practicing within an innovative, team-based model of care.

As a founding clinical leader, you will work alongside physicians and allied health professionals to help establish clinical standards, mentor colleagues, and shape the future of one of British Columbia's newest integrated healthcare clinics.

THE ROLE


  • Maintain your own full-scope primary care panel, providing comprehensive longitudinal care

  • Practice to the full scope of your licence, including chronic disease management, preventative care, women's health, mental health, minor procedures, and health promotion

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to Nurse Practitioners joining the organization

  • Support onboarding, professional development, and clinical excellence across the NP team

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals

  • Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and contribute to integrated care planning

  • Help develop clinical workflows, best practices, quality improvement initiatives, and team culture

  • Serve as a key clinical resource while remaining actively engaged in patient care

You are an experienced Nurse Practitioner who enjoys both clinical practice and helping others succeed.

You believe excellent patient care comes from strong collaboration, thoughtful leadership, and continuous learning. You are excited by the opportunity to help build a high-performing clinical team while continuing to practice at the top of your licence.

WHAT YOU BRING


  • Master's-prepared Nurse Practitioner registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (Family/All Ages), or eligible for registration

  • Minimum five years of Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care or a comparable clinical setting

  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, supervisory, or quality improvement experience is strongly preferred

  • Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills

  • Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities

  • Comfortable using EMR systems and contributing to workflow development

This multidisciplinary clinic has been purpose-built around integrated, team-based healthcare. Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, rehabilitation professionals, and allied health clinicians work together within one coordinated model to improve access, continuity, and patient outcomes.

As the Nurse Practitioner Lead, you will play an instrumental role in establishing the NP program while maintaining an active clinical practice and helping shape the future direction of the organization.
