
This is a Casual/Per-Diem position 8-hour day shift position on various days of the week excluding weekends and holidays. Typically, 2-4 shifts a month as needed.

We invite you to join our highly engaged Infusion Center team as a Nurse Practitioner.
As a Nurse Practitioner for the Infusion Center, you will be responsible for:
·Assumes leadership responsibilities for the specific business unit/department reports to.
·Active in program planning.
·Responsible delivering education and staff development for direct patient caregivers.
·Evaluates clinical practice for the unit and monitors the standards of care.
·Provides clinical supervision.
·Facilitates point of service decision making activities, including but not limited to education, research and performance improvement for their areas of expertise.
Preferred Experience/Specialized Skills:
·Prefer two years of experience in the APN/CNS role.
·Prefer three to five years working in specialty area.
·TNCC(P) and/or ATCN(P). ANA and CA Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist preferred.
Required Certification/Registration:
·Current State of California RN license.
·N.P. certification.
·Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card.
·Current and Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certificate
Required Education/Course(s)/Training:
·Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
·Minimum of master’s degree in specialty or related area of expertise, MS/MSN preferred.
