Role: Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner
Clinical Focus: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
Practice Setting: Primarily outpatient with limited hospital consults
Environment: Independent, community-based oncology group
Team Structure: Collaborative care model with experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians and advanced practice providers
Schedule: Shared call rotation (1:4)
Experience Level: New graduates encouraged to apply; structured mentorship and onboarding provided
