
Nurse Practitioner-Palliative Medicine Expansion (Full-Time)
Seeking a diligent and compassionate Nurse Practitioner for our Palliative Medicine Outpatient team. Bilingual a plus! As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing consultation and follow-up visits for our community palliative medicine program. You may meet with patients in a variety of settings: Office/clinic, other physician offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, subacute rehabs, and patients own homes for our home bound patients and provide telehealth visits. Travel is required daily unless doing telehealth visits.
We see patients in Burlington, Mercer, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, and Ocean Counties. We schedule in clusters based on area where patients live. This full -time opportunity offers $108k-135k based on experience! Plus mileage remibursement.
