Nurse Practitioner – Onsite Employee Clinic

4-Day Schedule | No Fridays | 32 hours/week (0.8 FTE) | Benefits Eligible

You’ll work onsite inside two partner locations, caring for a defined employee population — no revolving door of patients, no rushed visits, and no productivity-driven medicine.

This is an opportunity to build relationships across two sites while helping shape how care is delivered onsite. You’ll have the time and space to focus on prevention, chronic care, and meaningful conversations.

Schedule

4-day schedule | 32 hours/week (0.8 FTE)

Cedar Springs, MI

• Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8 hours)
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8 hours)

Belding, MI

• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours)
• Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (8 hours)

No Fridays. No weekends.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Providing comprehensive primary care (acute, chronic, preventive)
• Completing physicals, wellness exams, and point-of-care testing
• Supporting employee wellness and long-term health goals
• Partnering with site leadership on wellness initiatives
• Coordinating care with external providers when needed

The (Required) Qualifications

To practice safely and compliantly, we need:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
• Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification
• 2+ years of nursing experience (preferred: med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient)
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire
