Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with our ECCC Cancer Resource Center.
This position will be a dual role including cancer survivorship and supportive/palliative care. The APN will work with the medical director of supportive care services, ECI leadership and the cancer care team in a dual capacity role. The position encompasses the management of an independent cancer survivorship program and working closely with the palliative care physician to provide integrated palliative care services across the cancer continuum.
The (APN) would have an independent and comprehensive patient-centered Oncology Survivorship clinic located in the Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center or other Mountain Health Network facility as needed. The APN will function within their scope of practice as defined by the West Virginia Board of Nursing or the West Virginia Board of Medicine. They are responsible for continuously maintaining licensure and certifications required to practice in the state of West Virginia.
