Nurse Practitioner Clinical Preceptor

Lowell, Massachusetts

We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Preceptor who wants to use their clinical experience to develop the next generation of Nurse Practitioners while continuing to make a meaningful impact in primary care.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on clinical preceptorship, onboarding, and competency development for newly hired Nurse Practitioners. You’ll work alongside new providers, supervise patient encounters, provide ongoing feedback, and help each NP progress toward confident, independent practice.

What makes you a great fit

• You hold an MSN; DNP is highly preferred
• You are licensed and certified as an FNP, AGPCNP, or PNP
• You bring 7+ years of NP clinical experience with significant outpatient primary care experience
• You have 2+ years of community health or safety-net experience
• You have prior experience precepting, mentoring, or onboarding clinical staff
• You value patient-centered care, education, and serving underserved populations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000–$160,000
