Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetics / Plastic Surgery

The Position:Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a background in aesthetics and/or dermatology. This role focuses on patient consultations, cosmetic treatments, and developing comprehensive skincare and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active Florida License Required
• 1–2 Years of Aesthetic / Cosmetic Experience Required
• 2–3 Years of Dermatology Experience Preferred
• Experience with cosmetic consultations and treatment planning
• Comfortable recommending and selling medical-grade skincare products

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
• ½ day on one Saturday per month
• Perform aesthetic services, cosmetic treatments, and laser procedures
• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Recommend skincare products and ongoing treatment plans to patients
• Perform minimally invasive cosmetic procedures (e.g., mole/cyst removal, earlobe repair)
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures as needed
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after treatments
• Provide pre- and post-procedure education and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR ( Nextech)
• Prepare exam and procedure rooms for outpatient services
• Maintain knowledge of current and new treatments, products, and equipment
• Engage with patients to build long-term relationships and retention
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media content when needed
• Attend staff meetings, events, and professional development opportunities
