Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Cold Spring, Minnesota PRT. Enjoy a small patient caseload of approximately 18 clients, a flexible hybrid work schedule, and the opportunity to work in tandem with an experienced psychiatrist to provide person-centered care for children with complex behavioral health, developmental, and intellectual disabilities.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive, person-centered medical care to individuals with behavioral health, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Provides general medical care and treatment to Grafton’s client population (children and adolescents) under supervising authority of a physician. Assesses the physical/emotional needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and psychiatric conditions. Prescribes or recommends drugs or other forms of treatment. Supports provision of a therapeutic milieu by working in collaboration with academic and residential administrators. Provides direct services as defined in the scope of practice that pertains to his/her license. Spends 80% of work hours providing direct billable services, such as physical examinations, same-day sick client visits, etc. Reports to Executive Director administratively. Practices under supervising physician.
