Watson Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This provider will work closely with Dr. Andrea Watson to deliver high-touch, concierge-level care to a select patient population.

The ideal candidate values quality over quantity, embraces preventive and wellness-focused medicine, and enjoys forming long-term relationships with patients while helping them achieve their healthiest lives.

What You'll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct annual wellness examinations
• Manage routine follow-up appointments
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses
• Provide chronic disease management
• Manage medications and treatment plans
• Review and interpret laboratory results
• Develop preventive care strategies
• Conduct health optimization consultations
• Provide hormone therapy follow-up care
• Support weight management programs
• Deliver patient education and lifestyle counseling

Patient Experience Responsibilities

• Build lasting, trusted relationships with patients
• Deliver exceptional concierge-level service
• Respond thoughtfully and promptly to patient concerns
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to provide coordinated care
• Contribute to patient satisfaction and member retention through outstanding communication and care

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

• Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine
• Concierge Medicine
• Functional Medicine
• Preventive Medicine

Hormone therapy experience is a plus, but not required.
