of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for SNF: We are looking for a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Sicklerville, NJ. The role focuses on assessing, treating, and tracking complex wounds across multiple facility sites in the region. This is a full-time position with a flexible Monday - Friday schedule.

Qualifications of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ):

• Valid Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license in New Jersey, in good standing

• Active DEA registration

• 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

• Demonstrated experience in wound care management (wound care certification such as WOC, CWCN, or CWS strongly preferred)

• Reliable transportation for travel between facilities

Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ):

• Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement wound care programs

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with complex wounds

• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating debridement, advanced dressings, and adjunctive therapies

• Monitor wound healing progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

• Travel between facilities in the assigned region
