Essential Functions:
- Provide high-quality patient care in long-term care, acute care, and nursing home settings.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.
- Certification as an NP in Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Acute Care preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various healthcare environments.
