TK Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our clinical team at the Bowie County Jail in Texarkana, Texas. This full-time, in-person role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive patient care in a structured, secure correctional healthcare environment.
As an FNP with TK Health, you will practice at the top of your license while gaining broad clinical experience across acute, chronic, and preventive care.

Provide primary and urgent care services to incarcerated patients
Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare and custody teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adhere to all facility, state, and federal healthcare regulations
Monday through Friday
On-site, full-time
Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required
