Responsibilities Include:
Conducting virtual patient assessments
Diagnosing and treating common conditions
Managing ongoing care plans and follow-up
Providing patient education and support
Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborating with other providers as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
Active NP license and relevant certifications
Telehealth experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Comfortable with EMR systems and digital tools
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
