About the Practice | Join our busy Family Medicine practice, where you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with both physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Work with your independent panel of patients.
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art facility with specialty practices nearby, streamlining services for our patients, including radiology, laboratory, cardiac, sports, PT, OB, and urology services.
  • Experience the convenience of Epic as the Electronic Medical Record system.

About the Position:

  • Flexible Schedule: Embrace a work schedule with regular hours, occasional Saturday mornings, and early morning or early evening meetings.
  • Holistic Patient Care: Play a crucial role in obtaining complete medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work closely with our renowned physicians to provide diagnostic and treatment services, fostering a collaborative and engaging clinical teaching environment.
  • Patient-Centric Care: Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized care plans per practice protocols, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
  • Valued Contribution: As an advanced practice provider, you will be a vital member of our clinical practice with physician collaboration and active participation.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Enjoy longer patient appointments with 20/40 minute durations, allowing you to build meaningful connections.

Requirements | To thrive in this role, you must have:

  • NYS licensed/registered NP (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice).
  • Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) OR be eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire (eligibility criteria for NP requires National Certification through AANP or ANCC, and master’s degree). Initial certification must be present or obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of previous NP experience in primary care outpatient.
