* Memiliki minimal Profesi Ners.
* Memiliki STR aktif.
* Memiliki sertifikasi bedah dasar dan pernah mengikuti pelatihan BTCLS.
* Berpengalaman dibidangnya minimal 1 tahun.
* Memiliki tanggung jawab dan komunikasi yang baik
