We're looking for an experienced Nurse Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our nursing office while leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with complex medical and developmental needs.
The Nurse Office Manager provides leadership and oversight of our nursing office operations while managing a team of Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who provide 24/7 medical support to students across our therapeutic school and residential programs. This role serves as a key partner to the Nursing Director and is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, quality care coordination, and exceptional support for students with complex medical, behavioral, and developmental needs.
The Nurse Office Manager leads day-to-day office functions, supports staff development and scheduling, oversees compliance and quality initiatives, and serves as a vital connection between nursing services, education, residential care, therapists, and families. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader who enjoys managing people, improving processes, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
