May participate in the direct care of patients during the Provider visit. 25%Responsible for the coordination of care, assists in securing prescriptions and supplies for proper care. Participates in telephone triage 25% Consistently follows evidence-based practice and nursing standards/procedures to provide nursing care that eliminates preventable events of patient harm and promotes excellent patient outcomes. 25%Scheduling patient appointments for refill requests.
