GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Navigator – Screening Program for Colorectal Cancer (SPCRC) is responsible for the coordination, development, implementation, administration, evaluation, and delivery of the navigation component of the Colorectal Screening Program. In collaboration with the Saskatchewan Health Authority/Endoscopy program staff, family physicians and community partners, the Navigator acts as a clinical resource, providing support, information and education to promote coordination and continuity of care in matters related to the Colorectal Screening Program. This position reports to the Manager of Population Health.
