Milford Regional Physician Group isseekingan experienced and collaborative Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)or Physician Assistantto join our Labor & Delivery maternity team. This role provides comprehensive inpatient maternity care, including triage, labor management, postpartum care, patient education, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff in a high-acuity clinical environment.

Involvement in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and care coordination
Participation in departmental scheduling, rotating weekends, and call coverage
Supportive and professional maternity care setting
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive maternal assessments and physical examinations
Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic pregnancy-related conditions
Collaboratewith physiciansregardingpatient care plans and clinical management
Manage labor and delivery triage responsibilities
Provide patient education and discharge coordination
Prescribe medicationsin accordance withMassachusetts regulations and established protocols
Assistwith operating room procedures under physician supervision
Qualifications
Current Massachusetts RN and Certified Nurse Midwife licensurewithCertification through the American Midwifery Certification Board/ACNM(or)
Current Massachusetts license, issued by the Physician Assistant Board with certification byNationalCommission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
2 years of experience
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
PreviousLabor & Delivery inpatient experiencepreferred
