The Nurse Manager for 8 Main is responsible for leading daily clinical operations, patient care coordination, staffing, and throughput management Reporting to the AVP-Service Line and Unit-Based Director, this role ensures exceptional patient care, staff engagement, and adherence to quality and safety standards
