Nurse Manager (RN) - Inpatient Psych
Pierceton, IN

We’re hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) - InpatientPsych who wants to shape the future of psychiatric care through clinical leadership and meaningful team development.

You’ll step into an inpatient clinical role focused on the overall administration of nursing care, policy implementation, and staff mentorship. This position requires flexible 40-hour weekly scheduling to connect with teams across all shifts, completely supported by a clinical Director of Nursing.

You’ll practice in Pierceton, IN, a welcoming Midwestern community offering local lakeside charm and recreation while remaining within driving distance of major hubs like Fort Wayne.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $86,500 - $105,000
• Administrative on-call schedule rotating only once every three weeks
