As a nurse supervisor, you will be responsible for the resident care of your unit. You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants and other nurses in your unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will chart and maintain documentation for residents.
• You will prepare and administer medications.
• You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.

Requirements

Nurse Manager - RN Preferred Qualifications:

• An RN license in good standing, in the state of Illinois.
• Previous experience in nursing leadership preferred.
• Good communication skills both verbal, and written.
